As a Member of the Stormwind Reserves secondary Guard Regiment, it is a large part of your duty to engage in a series of patrols around the city, and even into Elwynn. It is important to be aware of certain rules and regulations whilst out on patrol.

Basic Rules of Patrols:

1.) Recruits NEVER patrol alone. Any Recruit wishing to take part in a patrol may opt in to join one already in progress, or request one with a Master Corporal or higher. If none are available, the Recruit will not be able to patrol whilst wearing the cities colors.

2.) Those of Private may patrol alone, but must have someone on standby to assist if needed.

3.) Private First Class and Higher may patrol alone without any other variables.

Patrol Route - Mapping your patrol

Typically, the Reserves stick to a very strict patrol route. It starts at the Command Center and extends around the city in a counter clockwise fashion, hitting each district before ending back at the CC.

The Taverns of Stormwind, and other notible buildings, may be patrolled at the discretion of the patrolling officer. You are to remain respectful, and quiet in regards to Civilians dining within.
(NOTE: The Pin n' Whistle is EXEMPT from all patrols unless the RP clearly calls for its use. If you -MUST- patrol the pig, do so at your own risk. YE BE WARNED Mad

Interfacing with Civilians-
While Commander Drakoonus has issued you authoritative rights within the city, you are expected to understand and respect the tender relationship between yourself and the people of this City. You are expected to always remain professional, polite, and understanding in all matters surrounding civilians. Any reports of indecent treatment towards Civies will result in immidiete demotion and/or release from the 2nd Regiment.

(OOC NOTE: Throughout the city, as you may remember from once being a random RPer yourself ^.^ , people are constantly engaged in their own stimulating Private RP. It is to be understood now, that ANY peoples wishing to opt out of Guard RP, will be allowed to do so with no question or argument. If by chance, you notice a RP situation that would normally fetch a guards attention, there is a simple procedure that you MUST follow.

1.) Asses the Situation from an OOC standpoint. Is it already a clusterfuck? Will your prescence in the RP make the situation any more fun? Its a judgement call on your part whether or not to get involved, not just IC obligation

2.) If you have reached the decision to engage in the RP, OOCly whisper each of the parties engaged in the RP, and request their permission to take part. Some people may want to keep the RP strictly to those directly involved. If that is the case, respectfully thank them for the opportunity, and go about your patrol.

3.) If you are allowed to join the RP, make sure you thank them, and get in there and start some ruckus!!! -but remember to be honest and fair when it comes to emoting. We are day to day guardsmen, not gods >.>

((It is our job first and formost to stimulate RP on this server, not break it! Keep a positive, friendly additude towards ALL people you RP with, and make sure everyone has fun! ... If anything comes to my attention that breaks what I just layed down, you will be kicked or punished severly... That is all! Very Happy ))
